Odore worked with Guerlain to distribute samples of their newly launched product, Eau de Parfum Intense, across various European markets between August - November 2019.

In addition to promoting the newest fragrance in the Mon Guerlain collection, Guerlain wanted to optimise their sample distribution and enhance their CRM with valuable customer insights. Using Odore’s platform, they could leverage this to retarget customers and remain connected after receiving a sample.

Post Campaign Analysis

After the campaign, we reached out to customers who had received a Mon Guerlain sample from the device to gather their feedback.
