How many products can you distribute?

We can currently distribute up to six unique products at a total capacity of circa 500 samples. We are able to increase the size of our devices to distribute more unique products if this is required.


WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCT SAMPLES CAN YOU DISTRIBUTE?

We can distribute a wide variety of products, including boxes, open/closed cards and sachets. Upon project commencement, we request our brand partners to send us some samples so that we can analyse if any changes are required to our mechanisms.


DO YOU ONLY DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES?

No - we are also able to distribute full-sized products by increasing the size of our device. We provide a customised solution - get in touch to see how we could work together!


CAN YOU TAKE PAYMENT THROUGH THE DEVICES?

Yes - our system is set up to accept payments and we simply have to add a card reader to our devices.

CAN I CHANGE HOW THE DEVICE LOOKS?

Certainly - the outer shell of the device can be changed to be within the look/feel of your brand, including the colour and any logos that you wish to display on the device.

WHERE CAN I PLACE THESE DEVICES?

It is completely up to you - in a hotel, store, airport, shopping mall, or at a stadium, the choice is yours! As long as the device is indoors, you are able to place the device where you like. Please refer to our operation instructions for further information. 


HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE LEFT IN THE DEVICE?

Our software tracks each and every interaction, and is aware of how many products are in each channel of the device. When stock is running low, we send out an automatic alert to the relevant person. 


WHO TAKES CARE OF REPLENISHMENT?

In the UK, we work with vending operators who are able to take care of the replenishment of the devices. We provide training on the replenishment process - we have designed the device to be as simple as possible and the replenishment process takes around one minute to complete.


WHAT CAN I DISPLAY ON SCREEN?

The user experience is completely customisable - it is up to you. If you would like to focus on a survey for data collection, a profiling experience to match a customer to a product, or if you want to add gamification, we are able to provide a bespoke service.


CAN YOU PLAY VIDEOS?

Yes - our 19’ screen is able to play videos when the device is not being used.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES THE DEVICE WORK IN?

Everywhere! From Europe, Asia to the US, our devices are able to function across the globe.


DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT?

Yes, we offer complete support to our partners. 


HOW DO I RECEIVE THE DATA GATHERED?

We offer brands monthly reports with the data gathered, as well as analysis on product performance and recommendations of how to engage with their key demographic. This data is offered in any format the client requires. 


WHERE DO YOU STORE THE DATA?

We store the data in the cloud, both on AWS and Microsoft Azure. 


IS THERE EVERY ANY DATA LEFT ON THE DEVICE?

No - the device is always connected and the data is immediately uploaded to our servers.


HOW DO I DIND OUT THE CONVERSION RATES?

Our software tracks all conversion rates and provide this information to the relevant partner. 

I’D LOVE TO WORK TOGETHER BUT I’M NOT IN THE BEAUTY SPACE. CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCT?

Of course! Our solution is applicable to various different industries and we are able to distribute products for a variety of different sectors. Please get in touch for further information!


HOW DO I ENSURE THAT A CUSTOMER DOESN’T EMPTY/ ABUSE THE DEVICE?

We have an email verifier to ensure that the customer enters a valid email, and there is a restriction to one sample every 24 hours (which can be changed). We can also offer text verification, or log in with a social media account.


CAN I COLLECT OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION APART FROM EMAIL ADDRESS?

Yes -  the user interface is completely customisable and you are able to ask customers what questions you like.


CAN I GET MY CUSTOMERS TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA ON THE DEVICE?

Yes. We have recently integrated WeChat and Line onto our platform - where a customer scans a QR code instead of entering their email address. We are also able to integrate other social media platforms, making the process more fluid and seamless.


ARE YOU ABLE TO ADD A CAMERA ONTO THE DEVICE?

Yes - we can add a camera where customers are able to take images and share them. 

Coming later this year, we have a facial recognition integration that senses customer emotion and is able to give you further insight into customer engagement and interaction.
